Construction runs on deadlines that don’t forgive, but the industry has long relied on progress reports that arrive late, stitched together like a patchwork quilt nobody trusts. Track3D was built to fix that blind spot, turning raw site data into intelligence that actually keeps pace with the work.
Launched in 2022 by Co-Founder and CEO Chaitanya NK, Co-Founder and COO Kiran Gutta, and Co-Founder and CTO Vineeth K. Paruchuri, Track3D is a Reality Intelligence platform that ingests drone captures, 360° images, laser scans, and LiDAR data into a unified cloud system. Its AI translates the noise into progress tracking, work-in-place validation, and performance analytics, all tied directly to BIM drawings and quantity takeoffs. Contractors don’t get week-old snapshots. They get real-time, verifiable site intelligence, often within a day of setup.
That shift has already turned heads. More than 400 projects have been monitored with Track3D, and industry leaders like Hensel Phelps and PCI have signed multi-year, multi-million-dollar contracts. Annual recurring revenue has grown tenfold year over year. This isn’t theory. It’s enterprise adoption at scale.
Investors see the traction. Track3D just secured a $10 million Series A led by Ironspring Ventures with Zacua Ventures as co-lead, joined by Shadow Ventures and Monta Vista Capital, who returned after backing the seed round. That brings total funding to $14.3 million. With the backing of Ironspring’s Ty Findley and Zacua’s Vivin Hegde, Track3D has capital and champions who understand how to push construction tech into the mainstream.
The growth strategy is clear and deliberate. Funds are aimed at scaling engineering and customer success teams across the U.S. and India while accelerating AI features like deviation detection, early delay warnings, and predictive analytics. By the end of 2025, Track3D will debut delay forecasting and automated QA workflows. By mid-2026, expect API integrations with ERP and project management platforms that sync seamlessly with enterprise workflows.
For contractors and owners, this isn’t just another dashboard. It’s compliance-ready records, dispute-proof progress logs, and the kind of site intelligence that protects budgets as much as it protects schedules. Track3D is not waiting for construction to modernize, it’s forcing the pace.
