Jason Eubanks brings 20+ years of GTM leadership at Cisco Meraki, Twilio, Markforged, and Harness, paired with a stint as a venture partner at Next47. Srinivas Bandi cut his teeth leading engineering at VMware, Nutanix, and Harness, where the two first teamed up. They’re not outsiders guessing at pain points. They’re insiders who saw the waste firsthand and built the system they wish they’d had.
Investors moved fast. Aurasell closed a $30M seed round in 28 hours. Oversubscribed to $40M before being walked back to 30. That is conviction, not curiosity. The round was led by Next47 with Lak Ananth joining the board, alongside Menlo Ventures and Unusual Ventures. These firms aren’t in the business of chasing shiny objects. They saw a platform built from first principles, a dual-hub model between San Mateo and Bangalore, and a roadmap that doesn’t patch problems, it erases them.
The team has grown to 40 engineers, half of them focused on AI, 70% in the Bay Area and 30% in Bangalore. They launched publicly within 12 months of starting. Now they’re targeting mid-market to enterprise sales organizations, the ones bleeding money on disconnected stacks that never deliver clarity. Aurasell’s pitch isn’t about noise.
